Overview
PYHA offers opportunities for children of all ages the opportunity to learn the game of hockey, while growing and developing in a positive and engaging environment. Each season runs from October to March, with offseason opportunities available as well.

House League Game Details
Mites:
- Half-Ice, 25-minute games using the medium-sized nets
- Buzzer sounds every 2 minutes for line change
- Final 3 minutes will be one shift
Squirts:
- Full-ice games using full-sized nets
- 3, 11-minute stop-clock periods
- Running clock if a 5+ goal differential or time is running out for the game ice slot
- Penalties will be 1:30 for minors, 4:00 for majors and 8:00 for misconducts
- Squirt goalies are allowed to substitute for other Squirt teams, if that team's goalie is unable to make a game
Peewees/Bantams:
- Full-ice games using full-sized nets
- 3, 12-minute stop-clock periods
- Running clock if a 5+ goal differential or time is running out for the game ice slot
- Penalties will be 2:00 for minors, 5:00 for majors and 10:00 for misconducts
- Peewee/Bantam goalies are allowed to substitute for other Peewee/Bantam teams, if that team's goalie is unable to make a game
