Overview
Led by former NHL, AHL and ECHL player and current head coach of the Peoria Rivermen, Jen Guy Trudel, PYHA’s travel program provides opportunities for players to participate in a travel program that will provide excellent, world-class development for players as young as 8U and all the way up to 18U.
Travel hockey participants are selected each year, prior to the start of the season through a tryout process, where players for each age group will be selected.

2025-2026 TRAVEL COACH APPLICATIONS NOW BEING ACCEPTED
Are you looking to shape young athletes and make a lasting impact? PYHA Is now accepting applications for travel coaches for the 2025-2026 season. Complete your application by May 31st. Send your completed application to Tim Young (tyoung@pyha.org), Nick Gray (ngray@pyha.org), and Kelly Juergens (kjuergens@pyha.org). Once you have submitted your application, you can expect to be contacted within two weeks to discuss your interest and set up an interview.
