Scholarships

PYHA offers scholarships to assist families with PYHA registration fees and are available for House League players only. Scholarships offset a portion of the registration fee, the player is responsible for the balance of the registration fees and other associated costs such as equipment. Scholarships are awarded annually based on financial need, the coachability of the player, a written expression of the player’s designer to learn and play hockey, and the guardian’s willingness to volunteer within PYHA. The number of scholarship amounts are set by the PYHA Scholarship Committee based on available funds. Each scholarship award is typically between $75-$200.
